Make a audio tape, or CD, and at night while you are going to sleep be sure you play it quietly, where you can here it and that it replays over and over even after you fall asleep, so that in the morning it is the first thing you are hearing when you awake. These messages are aimed at the subconscious mind and will implant themselves there.
